Each order receives tracking information for shipping. This information is emailed or texted to you when your order has entered the shipping process. Be sure to check your junk/spam and promotions folders if you do not receive an email in your inbox.
Shipping is typically handled by USPS or FedEx. Packages are typically sent First Class Mail or Priority for USPS or SmartPost (Economy Ground) for FedEx. Please allow 3-7 days (First Class) or 2-5 days (Priority and SmartPost) for your items to reach you once shipped.
All mugs are made in different locations and shipped separately.
Items with sayings are made to order, so please allow 10-14 business days for us to hand-make those items, prior to shipping.

Most of our items are made to order, just for you, when you order. Due to that, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
